1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg white
1 tablespoon minced dried onion
1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
1/3 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg white, onion, parsley, garlic, and salt until blended. Form into 4 patties. Cook in medium skillet over medium heat or grill, turning once, for approximately 4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 155°F.
