Spicy, Sweet Popcorn

Adjust seasonings to suit your personal “sweet and spicy” preferences.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of salt
Dash of crushed red pepper
4 cups plain popped popcorn (if using microwave popcorn, use 94% fat free)

Preparation

In a small bowl, combine sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, salt, and red pepper. Sprinkle seasoning mixture over popcorn and toss until well-blended. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for 2–3 days.
