One key to easy cooking is to prepare dishes ahead of time and freeze them. Make a batch of these tasty meatballs for the next time you need an easy supper. Just thaw, reheat, and serve with pasta and a salad.

Serving size: 3 meatballs
1 pound lean ground beef (93/7)
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, water, Parmesan cheese, onion, salt, and pepper together, either in a food processor (for denser meatballs) or by hand in a medium bowl (for softer meatballs). Form mixture into 12 meatballs. Cook in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently, or until lightly browned on the outside and cooked through. Freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
