Blackberry Bliss

This delightful dessert is easy to make, cool, and light — perfect for a hot summer's day. Better yet, studies suggest yogurt containing Lactobacillus GG and berries both have anti-inflammatory effects!

Preparation time: 4 minutes
Additional time: Chill 30 minutes
Total time: 34 minutes

Yield: 4 servings
Serving size: about 1 cup

Ingredients

2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 cups fresh blackberries
Fresh mint

Preparation

In 4 parfait glasses, place 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup blackberries. Top with one small mint sprig. Repeat layers. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
