Banana Walnut Shake

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1 serving
Serving size: Approximately 1 cup


1 medium banana, frozen*
½ cup vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt
¼ cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon honey
Dash cinnamon

*TIP: When your bananas begin to get brown, freeze them to use later.


Combine all ingredients in a blender. Increase speed slowly to high and blend until smooth and walnuts are finely ground.
